Do I need to be fit to come to your classes?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, with options for everyone.
Which class should I start with?
If you're brand new to Pilates or Barre, we recommend starting with either Barre Flow or Reformer ESSENTIALS. These classes give you the perfect introduction to each style, However if class times are difficult for you to find, any class is adjustable for a beginner.
What should I wear?
Any activewear is suitable, However, if you don't own any, opt for something that isn't too baggy as you might find it annoying in different exercises.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Just a water bottle and some grip socks if you like wearing them.
