Think mat pilates... but stronger (and sweatier). She burns, but in the mirco-muscles-you-didn’t-know-you-had kind of way. We use various props such as dumbbells, pilates ring and ball, ankle weights, blocks and weighted bars. Intensity: Medium Sweat factor: Medium Experience: no prior pilates or fitness experience required. Injuries: This class will incorporate standing work, kneeling exercises and those lying on your back and side. With advance notice, we are more than happy to give you any modifications you might need or prefer. Please check any injuries with us if you’re unsure of whether or not a class is suitable for you.
Bookings open 14 days before the class begins. If for any reason you need to cancel your class booking, please do so with at least 6 hours notice, so someone else can fill your spot if needed. If you're unable to cancel before the 6 hours window, your credit will not be reusable.
