Service Description

1 hour session of mindful movement on the mat with the foam roller. Included at the end is 15mins of time where you can journal/ draw/ create your intentions/ goals/ anything you feel the need to.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Bookings open 14 days before the class begins. If for any reason you need to cancel your class booking, please do so with at least 6 hours notice, so someone else can fill your spot if needed. If you're unable to cancel before the 6 hours window, your credit will not be reusable.
