Are you wanting to upskill your pilates technique, then this is for you. With challenging funky flow this class will have you feeling the spice and burn. Its recommended that you participate in a few regular weekly classes before coming into this session. Intensity: High Sweat factor: Medium-high Experience: its recommended that you participate in other class before trying this class. Injuries: This class will incorporate standing work, kneeling exercises and those lying on your back and side. With advance notice, we are more than happy to give you any modifications you might need or prefer. Please check any injuries with us if you’re unsure of whether or not a class is suitable for you.
Bookings open 14 days before the class begins. If for any reason you need to cancel your class booking, please do so with at least 6 hours notice, so someone else can fill your spot if needed. If you're unable to cancel before the 6 hours window, your credit will not be reusable.
