Service Description
Jump boards at the ready, you're going to sweat (that's a proise). If you’re looking for an athletic style reformer class, Jump is for you! We jump (literally) between cardio and upper body and core strengthening exercises to give you a well rounded, leg burning, heart pumping session. Not for the faint hearted, but will fill you up with a those feel-good endorphins and get a good sweat up! Intensity: High Sweat factor: High Experience: suited to those who have done previous reformer sessions. Injuries: This class will incorporate standing work, jumping exercises, kneeling exercises and those lying on your back and side. With advance notice, we are more than happy to give you any modifications you might need or prefer. Please check any injuries with us if you’re unsure of whether or not a class is suitable for you.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings open 14 days before the class begins. If for any reason you need to cancel your class booking, please do so with at least 6 hours notice, so someone else can fill your spot if needed. If you're unable to cancel before the 6 hours window, your credit will not be reusable.
