Wonderland Park Run/Walk
Members, family and friends, join us in the community park run event held at Nielson Park. 6:30am sharp for a free group warm up and stretch session before walking, jogging or running the 5km park run.

About the event
Starting at 6:30am sharp, I will take you through a guided stretch and warm up before tackling the 5km walk, jog or run.
This is a free self paced event for all community members, family and friends. Bring water, towel and wear your best walking shoes.
After the event, I will be ditching the shoes and jumping into the water. After all we deserve to cool off!
Lets move together and empower each other to keep on going!
