You're Invited: Wonderland's Christmas in the Orchard
I’d love for you to join us for a special morning of relaxation and rejuvenation, designed to help release any pre-Christmas tension and stress.
Joining us on this magical morning will be Ad from barefoot and breathe, Ad will guide you through the meditation sessions. Next you will be treated with an extra special guest Molly from wavelength skin studios. Molly will be talking all things skin care and skin rituals at the Orchard table.
What to Expect:
This year’s event will focus on mindful practices to help you feel grounded and at ease during the holiday season. We all know how stressful this time of year can be, so I want to make sure we end it with joy and relaxation.
