Service Description
The Reformer Pilates Groove session blends classical and contemporary movements to create a dynamic and fluid workout experience. This session focuses on smooth transitions, control, and coordination, helping you move seamlessly from one exercise to the next. With an emphasis on flow, you'll build strength, stability, and flexibility while enhancing your mind-body connection. Whether you're refining your Pilates practice or simply looking to feel more centered and balanced, this session will leave you feeling energized and in sync with your body. Experience: having done a previous contemporary reformer class may make your first Groove a little easier to understand, but it’s not compulsory. Modifications can be made for those with injuries but could be limited to specific movements. Not recommended for pre/ post natal people.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings open 14 days before the class begins. If for any reason you need to cancel your class booking, please do so with at least 6 hours notice, so someone else can fill your spot if needed. If you're unable to cancel before the 6 hours window, your credit will not be reusable.
