Service Description

Made for beginners, this class will take you through the basics, moving slowly and with intention. Taking the time to connect with breath mimicking movement and getting a deep well needed stretch. If new you will Learn about the machine and our method. Intensity: Low Sweat factor: Low Experience: no prior pilates, reformer or fitness experience required. Injuries: This class may incorporate standing work, jump board exercises, kneeling exercises and those lying on your back and side. With advance notice, we are more than happy to give you any modifications you might need or prefer. Please check any injuries with us if you’re unsure of whether or not a class is suitable for you.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings open 14 days before the class begins. If for any reason you need to cancel your class booking, please do so with at least 6 hours notice, so someone else can fill your spot if needed. If you're unable to cancel before the 6 hours window, your credit will not be reusable.
