Service Description

This is our signature reformer class that’ll give you all the fun flows (that burn). We work our stabilising muscles in a controlled way, to build core strength, balance and control. We use various props such as dumbbells, pilates ring, ball and ankle weights. Intensity: Medium Sweat factor: Low Experience: no prior pilates, reformer or fitness experience required. Injuries: This class will incorporate standing work, kneeling exercises and those lying on your back and side. With advance notice, we are more than happy to give you any modifications you might need or prefer. Please check any injuries with us if you’re unsure of whether or not a class is suitable for you. 

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Bookings open 14 days before the class begins. If for any reason you need to cancel your class booking, please do so with at least 6 hours notice, so someone else can fill your spot if needed. If you're unable to cancel before the 6 hours window, your credit will not be reusable.
